Drug Addiction Treatment
Challenges drug addiction treatment center is a full-service facility that provides treatment for a variety of drug addictions and treatment for drug abuse. Challenges’ drug addiction treatment is individually tailored to address a person’s psychological, emotional, physical and social conditions. Regardless of the specialized treatment approach, the primary goal for drug addiction treatment is the elimination or sustained reduction in drug use, continuous improvement of personal health and ongoing expansion of the individual’s social ability.
Regarded as one of the most respected drug addiction treatment centers in the country, Challenges Addiction Treatment and Relapse Prevention Center is state-licensed to treat addictions and mental health disorders. Challenges is accredited by the Joint Commission On Accreditation Of Health Care Organizations, a comprehensive process that evaluates an organization’s compliance with service standards and other requirements. Challenges also offers a variety of specialized programs, including addictive disorders, trauma and grief resolution, impaired professionals and narcotic-free pain management, among others.
Alcohol Addiction Treatment
We also offer alcoholism addiction treatment for those seeking a path to recovery. Not only does alcoholism treatment improve a person’s health, but immediate effects include improved social and psychological function and, often, a decrease in criminality and violence. One of the many goals of alcoholism treatment is to identify the nature of alcoholism, which is key to the prevention of a return to the addiction. At Challenges, alcoholism treatment is coupled with relapse prevention, which increases the effectiveness of the treatment and helps prevent alcoholics from becoming trapped in an endless cycle of detox, rehab, treatment and sustained abstinence.

Thanks and I hope you guys are encouraged as much as you deserve, to see our dream comme true even without a Website. The problem of drug abuse has become so rampant in Cameroon, but many people do not seem to take it seriosly to intervene. We even allowed money laundering at our doorsteps with the economic incidence in our poor developing country, and stopping this practice is essential, as well as supporting NDAPA ‘s war against drug addiction in our communities. In conclusion, those who traffic with drug, KILL. Those who promote money laundering, KILL. We drow the attention of our people to question how many lives have been the toll of this intolerable trade of our time? NDAPACAM is proposing that, eduction of the youths during this youth day period, would bring about public awareness to an extent, this drug abuse issues. We have been meeting target groups at our reach, but we need to go much more further, including training of trainers on primary intervention in schools and working with youths at risk, including street children. In Cameroon, in addition to the existing means, a system to improve its operational interaction with relevant intergovernmental organizations such as the UNDP, UNESCO, various local associations, NGOs, traditional regroupings, Government agencies, councils, industries etc…. to promote would be highly appreciated please.
